January 16th is a big day for someone very special. Miss Tobianne is just a beautiful, smart, kind-hearted, just all around wonderful young woman. I have watched her grow up and serve as a great example to girls younger than her, one of them being Alexandra. A parent always hopes to find someone for their kids to look up to, someone, who in their own humble way, is an example of the type of teenager God is proud of.
Bill and Cyndi you should be very proud, and I know that you are!
Miss Tobianne, I want to say "Thank You" for being the best mix of what a REAL teenager is and what God wants you to be. You are such a wonderful young woman and have such a wonderful, kind spirit about you. My family, especially Alexandra. is truly blessed to know you.
We hope that your birthday is a wonderful one.
