Easter may to some mean bunny rabbits and easter egg hunts,
but to me, it serves to remind me of my greatest blessing,
the fact that a Christ who died for me,
rose again from that tomb on that third day.
Today, knowing that a loved one may soon go home to Heaven,
it means more than ever.
My mind can't help but picture it as she arrives there.
I picture that He is there to greet her,
takes her to reunite with her mother and her sister,
My mom.
What a reunion!
I can hear her now saying,
"Lord, I can't walk on these streets of gold
I wouldn't' want to mess them up,"
and
"Oh, that's ok, I don't deserve that fancy mansion,
there has to be someone else who needs it more!"
What would we do without the blessings and promises that Easter provides us?
I would hate to find out.
~~~~~~~~
Another reason I enjoyed a blessed Easter
is due in large part to the five people below.
I thought I would take time to show them off in their Sunday best.
~~~~~~~~~
~My Everyday Blessings include~
.

The Blessing of a Loving & Supportive Husband

The Blessing of a Beautiful Daughter
who has a heart as wide as the sky

~~~~~~~~
The Blessing of a Handsome Brown Eyed Boy
who is as loving at almost 10 as he was
when he was almost 2
~~~~~~~~

~~~~~~~~
The Blessing of Little Man
who always knows how to make each day a happy one
and how to put a smile on my face
see photo below!
~~~~~~~~

The Blessing of the Unexpected Kind
Sometimes God reminds us that He knows more than we do
about what's best for us.
This little guy was our unexpected blessing,
since he's arrived he has brought
so much love to so many people.

~~~~~~~~
Thank God for one final blessing
~
The one of laughter.
On days when sadness fills my heart,
God always sends me a blessing in the form of
my husband and my children
to remind me that
LOVE
always endures
LAUGHTER
always lightens the load
and
LIFE
will carry on.
~~~~~~~~
I hope that your Easter was as blessed as mine.
