A Special Birthday Message for...

one of the most special people I know.

He calls her...
"Mom".

I am blessed to be able
to do the same.
Not everyone can say that.
She is truly a gift to me and my children.
They love her...
it's obvious when they see her.

She has given to so many her whole life
and she has lived a long one.
Longer than most people think.
She turned seventy-six yesterday,
and can out do some thirty years younger.

She has raised seven children of her own
and is now there giving advice, support, and love
to her grandchildren, and it is always unconditional.
~~~~~

I struggled with what to get for a birthday present
and after lunch yesterday an idea hit me.
A slideshow from the kids...
she would appreciate that more than any gift
I could ever purchase.
I spent the next few hours searching files for photos
and quickly putting it together.
Perfect,
No,
perfect in her eyes....
Yes.
That's all the approval I needed.

You have to know your grandbabies love you,
We do as well.
Thank you for all that you do for us,
the love you show us,
the pancakes you make us:)
and
for just being you.
